RETURNS POLICY

 

  • RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING GOODS.
  • TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE FOR A RETURNS NUMBER.
  • RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ACCOMPANYING AN AUTHORIZED RETURNS NUMBER AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER CARE. 
  • GOODS ARE TO BE RETURNED UNWORN, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT. 
  • WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW AND THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. REFUNDS CANNOT BE ISSUED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND.
